Q: How many units do you have in your inventory?
A: We are the largest full service utility vehicle dealership in the world with over 300 units to choose from on our lot.
Q: How does your shipping process work?
A: Your choices for shipping are varied:
1. You can take advantage of our free nationwide shipping on all full price deals.
2. You can arrange your own shipping and we will credit $1.50 per mile off your purchase price.
3. You can choose to drive your vehicle to your location.
Q: Is shipping included? If not, why?
A: Yes, shipping is included in our pricing unless stated otherwise, some restrictions apply. We prefer to provide shipping to our customers so that we are confident that they will receive their unit on time with no obstacle and assure a good purchasing experience.
Q: Can you arrange shipping outside the US?
A: Yes we can arrange shipping to any port of your choice. We have become the export experts, so if your needs are to ship outside the United States, then you have come to the right place!
Q: Do I have to pay taxes if I am purchasing out of state?
A: If you have your unit(s) shipped directly from the dealership to any location outside of Florida we do not collect sales tax. You will pay your sales tax when you register your unit in your state.
If you are titling the vehicle in Florida, you will be required to pay the Florida sales tax regardless of how you take delivery.
If the customer chooses to drive the purchased vehicle from our dealership sales tax must be collected as per Florida law.
Q: Do you have financing available?
A: We have finance experts available to work with you personally to explore any and all finance options in accordance to your needs.
Q: You don’t have the equipment I am looking for. Can you find it for me?
A: If you don’t see what you are looking for please let us know and we will conduct a search to see what might be available for you. This might even include putting you in touch with another equipment dealer, if that will allow for the best results for you.
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: We provide a 24 month 100K mile warranty on all our full priced deals. Plans and availability vary depending on age and specific vehicle.
You can also purchase an extended power train warranty up to 200,000 miles or 2 years depending on the age and class of your vehicle.
Q: What testing do you do on the trucks?
A: Included in the refurbishment process is a complete OPERATIONAL / TESTING of the equipment and CERTIFICATION, complete OPERATIONAL / ROAD TESTING of the carrier / chassis and D.O.T. CERTIFICATION. We can do a dielectric test on your unit if requested. Many customers do not require a dielectric test, so it is only performed on specific power line equipment or when requested.
Q: What does “reconditioned” really mean?
A: “Reconditioned” means that the units we offer for sale have been thoroughly inspected to pinpoint any operational items of concern. The unit is then brought into compliance with all requirements for CERTIFICATION and Florida D.O.T. CERTIFICATION. We also do a complete makeover providing our customer with a clean, freshly painted truck. Occasionally we offer units for sale that have not been repainted as the original paint is still in good condition.
Q: Where does your equipment come from?
A: Most of our equipment is acquired from southern power utility companies. The equipment has been maintained by trained professionals and is very clean / low hours / operated in a warm environment, and is sold at special facilities. By purchasing this way we can inspect and qualify the equipment before buying it.
Q: Can I use a “Trade In”?
A: Yes, we will trade for almost anything. Your trade-in also doesn't need to be industry related. Let our team of appraisers evaluate your trade in today. Most trade-in's are later sold at auction.
Q: Where are you located?
A: Our 18 acres facility is located just off of U.S. HWY 19 N and Whitney Rd. and only 16 miles from TPA or Tampa International Airport.
